If you want to get the latest, seperate packages for ioapiTools, you can download the individual tar balls:
- IOAPI library - this is my modification to the Fortran IOAPI library. I simplified the build process for CDAT and fink
- pyIoapi - the low level python interface to the IOAPI library. Basically a wrapping of some of the read and write functions
- ioapiTools - the high level python module that integrates IOAPI data (through pyIoapi) into cdms
